      Have banked with them for over 20 years. Having both business and personal loans, business and personal checking, as well as student accounts for both our sons. Firstbank staff has always been friendly, helpful, and professional. Would highly recommend Firstbank!

      Probably one of the worst and most incompetent banks I’ve ever dealt with. They make absolutely EVERYTHING difficult. Fraud? Good luck getting your money back unless you call for two weeks and demand them to do their job. Want to close your account? Good luck. It’ll take them 3 weeks to mail you your paperwork and then you still have to call to make sure they send you your money. I’d rather put my money in a scammers hands then deal with this specific branch and their tellers.

      Customer service is nonexistent. Between my husband and myself we made 5 phone calls and 1 in person visit to start the process for a minor loan. We have yet to here anything from the bank. We have done business with the the local banks for close to fifty years and I cannot believe the blantant disregard we recieved from this bank. I would not recommend this bank to anyone I know. Highly recommend the Oklahoma Employees Credit Union...approved in less than hour by phone...go figure 🤔🤨😐
