      Called all the major banks and most didn’t answer or put me on hold. 1stBank picked up right away, answered my question about having $2 bills and then had it ready right when I walked in. Super professional and nice. Will call them again next time I have any banking needs.

      Most people are not aware that 1st bank is pretty much owned by an esop. Which means the employee's pretty much on the bank So as far as service goes they're pretty good but just wait until you run into a rude employee or have a problem with them remember the employee is always right and the customer is always wrong!!!!!!!

      Have banked here for many years. I love it. Every time you walk in it's like "Everybody knows your name" from the song on Cheers. Better customer service than all other BIG BANKS by far.
