  First Bank was very professional, supportive, informative and made me feel like I was the most important client they had. From the application process, to the construction loan disbursements to the final loan closing everyone I had contact with was excellent and helpful. I would recommend this bank to anyone who's interested in building a home and refinancing into a permanent loan. They made it so simple.

  Chris Shoemake is hands down the best loan officer I have ever worked with. He accomplished in 45 days what Truist couldn't close after 4 months. Even though Firstbank's rates are always a little higher, my next 2 refi loans will be with Firstbank because of Chris.

  First Bank was fantastic to work with. We bought a house in Massachusetts and First Bank handled all the details to get our mortgage completed on time. The communications with the branch during the whole process was great. I would recommend the Guys at the Hixson Branch for all your mortgage and banking needs.
