  Very poor customer service . I did a atm deposit, and the machine went down before it returned my money or gave me a rec. i called them because the atm is in their parking lot and a worker comes out and tries to tell me that I will see it in my acct in 2 days that it never shows up the same day . After disagreeing with her the machine come up again and I dep 2 dollars to show her it shows on the acct immediately. She then says she doesn’t know and the atm is a 3rd party and they have no way of seeing what is going on with it because it not their atm . Tells me to go talk to the lady at the window because she doesn’t know . I go talk to that lady and still get nowhere she tells me she’s from another branch and doesn’t know what to do but to call IT and to put in a dispute but doesn’t know when it will get resolved.
