As a first time homebuyer who ended up purchasing a home rather unexpectedly, I was EXTREMELY nervous entering this process. FirstCapUS offered us the lowest rate off the bat, but I was nervous since our real estate agent hadn’t heard of them and they didn’t seem to have too many reviews on the Internet. Yet, I was soon relieved when we saw how Mary Pisciotta went above and beyond to get our rate locked before the Fed raised the rates literally the day after we reached out to her. The rest of the team worked closely with us to increase our credit score during the closing process, thus ensuring we received the lowest rate possible. They held my hand and explained any line items I didn’t understand.
