      This bank was good till they started wanting to add service charges to your fre account which put me in the hole and Jennifer out of the Kimball branch was rude and refuse to let me talk to a manger

      1 star is too much! They are petty, manipulative and highly unprofessional, discretion is not a common term for the employees at Firstier customers beware! They allow staff to chose who they will charge late fees for and who is privy to certain other accomodations, having come from a small town this is devastating if someone gets hired that "doesn't like you". If you try to register a legit complaint you are met with comments like "what is it now"? And "take your business elsewhere". So I did.
