      Never got a follow up call or anything on a loan application. All of a sudden we get a letter saying adverse action notice for this loan application. We called but of course it was all our fault the woman said. Supposedly they called 1 time but on our end nothing came through. Horrible customer service concerning this loan application. They never used to be this bad and now we are looking to leave due to this.

      It was good I can talk to the cashier and do what need to do what i came in for and also do some small talk with her too and fill like i am talking to and friend.
