      This is the absolute best bank I’ve ever dealt with. For years now, since I opened my account, I’ve had nothing but excellent service and they also have the friendliest tellers I’ve ever met. Hands down my favorite bank/credit union I’ve ever had the pleasure of being a part of!

      I’ve been trying to reach a representative all day and the automated system tells me to call another number but I get the same automated system. I used the video banking but she was no help she wanted me to do my banking on the website instead of just helping me. The website doesn’t want to load it just gives me a white screen with the FirstLight logo at the top of the screen. I’m getting ready to switch banks. I’m frustrated with your service.
