If you’re looking for a reliable and responsive bank come here(: Mary Jane helped me with auto refinancing and didn’t make me feel silly for asking soooo many questions she answered and made sure I was comfortable with the process. So glad she helped me!

Christopher and Mary were extremely rude. Also, allowed me to withdraw from their bank 3 times without a social security card but then required on the 4th time. Had no compassion whatsoever for the mistake they had made obviously. Refused to then allow me to withdraw once I showed my social. Have contacted the compliance department, 2 managers and sent email to the VP. I never leave bad reviews but this inconvenienced me for 24-48 hours. 0 stars for specifically Christopher and Mary Jane (she had a terrible attitude and probably shouldn’t work in customer service if she doesn’t know how to handle customers. Will leave a review every day until they are reprimanded for how they treated me!
