  I am absolutely shocked at the poor level of customer support. I signed up to begin processing for my business, at the recommendation of Field Pulse. All seemed to go smoothly, after a quick and easy process I was given the green light by Fiserv, to process payments. This is where it all fell apart. The first payment, produced an error, "Invalid Merchant ID". I reached out to Fiserv and Field Pulse and Fiserv didn't respond so I reached out through Field Pulse and they were able to get the error resolved and I processed the invoices I had pending payments on. Then, I notice none of the payments that I processed were going into my business account so I reached out to Fiserv and they informed me my account was under review. ALMOST A WEEK LATER I finally get someone on the phone from Fiserv who tells me the VERY FIRST PAYMENT that I attempted to process, was a red flag and they cancelled my account and are holding all of the payments under review that was processed. So get this.... my account was closed, due to RED FLAGS, from an error ("Invalid Merchant ID error") that THEIR COMPANY was at fault for. It doesn't get any richer then this. I still have resolution or timeframe for when the funds can either be pushed to my business account or refunded to my customers. SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND DO NOT USE CLOVER CONNECT, CARDPOINTE, or FISERV... whatever their name is. The emails come from ALL 3, which to me is the real red flag here.
