      Poor service, they do not care for their customers. They raise prices most every year and their services are not commensurate. They have delayed my tax filings for over a year with excuses that made no sense and eventually refused to return my phone calls. Do not use this service !! They now have recently (June 2022) responded and prepared my 2020 tax returns and e-filed it to IRS after receiving a postal service letter from me. Excuses begat more excuses....so have they gotten their act together ? Stay tuned.

      Do not go to her. She literally misfiled my mother in laws taxes and took zero responsibility. Please stay away from her. She should have her license revoked. The state was notified from our new accountant who was mortified by her work.
