      I have been sitting on hold for a fraud alert for over an hour. I thought this bank was different but apparently not. I am really disappointed 😢

      This bank is junk....if I could give 0 stars I would! Needed to cash a check over my lunch break and ended up being told I had to take it to the Hastings location 5 points bc the Grand Island location is not connected to the Hastings location. After wasting my entire lunch break rushing to Hastings, that location confirmed that indeed GI or ANY other 5 points can indeed cash a check from any 5 points bank bc they are all connected they are partnering branches. This branch is just lazy! Definitely won't be using this location again for any service again!! Very disappointed!!
