      Was treated very poorly, customer service by "Stephine" over the phone made me glad i no longer do my banking with 5 Star.

      ATM won't process check deposits in less than two days, they freeze our card regularly for no reason and their chip cards don't work randomly. Very abrasive phone reps. Will be switching soon.
