      I've shared my concerns and suggestions with the current branch manager, Jen. These suggestions included trainings on how to improve staff morale and cultural competency, and how staff deliver messages to customers when they believe they are doing their "due diligence". I'm deeply concerned with how the Chesnut branch has continuously had high staff turn-over rate, lack in staff communication and follow through of time sensitive materials, while also being treated disrespectfully by a current employee and this is after being a member for almost 15 years. This has led me to to find business elsewhere.
