  I am so frustrated with their hours. I have gone multiple times to the Sheridan drive location on my lunch break just to find that they are closed. I understand staffing shortages but this is a bank they should be open all day during the week. Edited: The branch has reached out to me multiple times to apologize for the inconvenience this has caused me. I would like to say that I am very satisfied with the customer service and I am always greeted kindly when I do visit the branch. I am changing my review from 1 star to 4 as I am happy they reached out to rectify the issues.

  Hi Kalee. These hours are temporary until we can get our team fully staffed. We anticipate this will be in effect for no longer than 60 days. Our Fountain Plaza branch is located at 40-50 Fountain Plaza is 14 miles from the Amherst branch would also be an option if those hours are more convenient for you.   I went in the bank to pay my truck note. I was waited on by a guy teller, it was the second time he waited on me. He was rude both times, he threw my money at me and my receipts at me .I asked him was he having a good day.... he don't like black people, because he's always mean to me.

  I had nothing but issues with this bank. When I deposit money it should be there the next day or in my case was cleared the same day and inconvenienced me to have to do my bills old school . Tbis bank is corrupted I believe they should hire new people that can do a job professionally than passing the blame on another business. Never use this bank they flag your account and make you look like your stealing money by a fraudulent check when somone that received the check mailed it to you to make them as the vixen. Do yourself a favor pull your money out use a different way of paying your bills . It's not the first time my account got flagged for stupid stuff this is the icing on the cake
