      Needed help setting up a new account. Lobby was a little confusing but Illana at Murphy Mill branch was awesome. After helping with the account she walked me through the process of using the machines. She was very helpful and fast.

      So far not satisfied with this locations atm, this makes the third-fourth time that I've drove from Headland to Dothan to deposit money and it not been working. The one in Headland never works.

      I’ve asked multiple times for my number to be changed and it hasn’t been now I’m locked out of my account with no way to recover due to not having the right number on the account. Now I can’t even reach the only branch open cause there’s no phone number like wth
