      Went in and I was having trouble with machine. After trying several times. I give up. There were 3 people behind desk. One was looking at internet. I seen his screen. Don't know about the others. But not one ask if they could help or anything. As I pushed open the door, I heard one finally say. HAVE A NICE DAY. Bit my tongue and kept walking.. If all the banks Was like this I would change banks or keep my money at home. Customer service is lost.

      Really friendly customer service and seems to be a great place to do business at. They don't have a "by appointment only" sign up like Tyndal CU. They are actually open for business! They also don't "require" a face mask, they simply "encourage" one. It's almost like this place is operated by regular, decent Americans who aren't swayed by the scamdemic. Thanks, Five Star. You've earned a new customer.
