I refinanced my mortgage with another bank after Flagstar applied additional loan principle payments to future interest payments (contrary to my direction). I went to this branch to cash the closing escrow check that was issued from this bank, and spent approximately 25 minutes, as the only customer, waiting for them to figure out how to complete this transaction. After multiple apologies and excuses, the bank asked me if I was interested in opening an account... I declined.
