  Open. Somewhat helpful. Thankful to have bankers available. Clean, bright, inviting. A little cluttered, with an empty fridge in the front near the entryway. Charged to cash a check. Maybe not a fan of the bank franchise in general.

  First off, one star is generous. This place will nickle and dime you tell your broke with their paper fees that no one tells you about or even how to opt out of them. Customer service is horrid, their representatives are poorly trained and inconsistent. They will also threaten to hang up on you or just put you on hold to no end if you ask to speak with any of there management staff. I have called this place so many times that I lost count and half the time they will just hang up on you. Also, the app is complete trash. To refresh your account you literally have to logout and log back in. The website is just as bad, it only loads 50% of the time.
