  Been my bank for many years. No issues at all. Shayanne at customer service is absolutely wonderful - friendly and always remembers my name. Location works great for me. Never too long a a wait. Flagstar has an adequate number of branches in my area. Website is easy to use as well.

  Went there for a simple document notarization, but because their notary is incompetent, he misunderstood what the documents were asking for and turned us away. We had to go to another notary who not only helped us out, but also confirmed that the Flagstar guy didn't know what he was talking about.
