  I have had a checking acct & savings accts for a long time with Wells Fargo, but when my acct was changed to Flag Star, somehow the savings acct Was not transferred as a savings acct, and was combined with my checking acct. So, my visit was to open up the savings acct. Thank You Cheryl Wakkurik

  If your from out of town stick to the bank from your home town. The communication from this bank isn’t exactly the best.. I had warned them my account may get over drafted because of a payment coming out, and it takes three days for a transfer and two days for the payment to come out. I was told the overdraft fee would be taken away when my transfer has posted. But that’s not the case, now it’s like no one has heard from me and they have new employees or something I made it very clear what was happening and now all the sudden it isn’t possible. Don’t get me started on the merging process they had. Because that changed everything as well.
