This is my primary bank and the workers are here are always friendly and helpful. I've been able to talk with bankers without an appointment and I almost never have to wait in line even during rush hour. As an NMU student I appreciate the help this bank and its affiliates offers.

If you work a 9-5 job it's impossible to make it here to deposit a check and their app is so no user friendly in order to deposit it via mobile. I wish I would have switched when they changed from Wells Fargo
