  The people at the Flagstar bank were very helpful. My situation needed someone understanding and open to work with me. I was so happy to do buisiness with Flagstar bank. Its close to the shopping mall centers also.😀😁

  I have been a customer for 10 years. Business and Personal. Every time I go into the office, I don’t recognize anyone. Their turnover is terrible. They will not promote within, so they lose all of their good employees. Their online and mobile banking is horrible. I just logged into my account and it’s asking me questions I don’t know, or remember setting up. With them, everything is difficult.
