I recently had the pleasure of working with Tanner Russell of Flat Branch Home Loans. I was referred to Tanner after the previous lender I was working with told me they would not be able to move forward with the loan only three days before I was supposed to close. Tanner went above and beyond, worked extremely hard, and got our loan done only fourteen days after we started working with him.
