      As a Realtor, I have lots of interactions with lots of lenders. Flat Branch, specifically Blake at Flat Branch, is absolutely phenomenal. After nights of no sleep worrying about a loan falling out, he's been able to swoop in and save the day. I cannot recommend he and his staff highly enough. PLEASE do not call a national lender to get your loan. Stay local. Ask your Realtor for recommendations like this one!
