  If you’re going to need a mortgage-at least use a team that will be on top of all your requirements. I always felt like I was in good care. Lots of conversation back and forth made the experience less stressful. Been through this process on several moves and this was by far the best experience. Thank you Joe and Melissa!

  I needed to finance a new home purchase and went to several institutions, all of which seemed disinterested, made the application process onerous and impersonal, or were clueless what I was wanting to do. BTW, my FICO is over 840. My real estate buyer agent suggested Flat Branch. What a huge difference. We walked into their office and it was like years past. We were met by a welcoming representative who knew exactly what we wanted and put the application together in about an hour. Amazing. As the process of the purchase moved on, Flat Branch kept us informed and provided assistance when needed. I cannot say enough great things about Fla Branch. If you're about to purchase a home, please make Flat Branch your first stop. Your search for financing will end with that visit.

  We came to Flat Branch Home Loans because our mortgage banker, Klayton D. Simmons is working for you. Klayton is very professional, friendly and a hard worker. Klayton kept us informed every step of the way , everything was accurate with no delays. Klayton answers all your questions and even has videos that explain your next steps so you understand what it going on. Klayton worked very hard on our mortgage and all the other employees in the different departments. We will definetly refer you to everyone we know that needs a home loan as your company is an expert in doing loans.
