  Everything was great with the closing process. A year later, due to mistakes made on their behave, we are paying an extra $300 a month towards our mortgage. Calculations miscalculated making escrow go into a negative. That, and after 6 months, they stopped sending our homeowners insurance company their payments because they miscalculated that as well. People need to learn their job and get it right. We are talking about family livelihood and ability to survive. If you can't do your job, you are in the wrong field of work.
