Really disrespectful! They was supposed to call me back and it never happened, I did called a few times and them did leave me on hold for more that 30 minutes for a total of more than 2 hours for nothing!

I would "NOT" get another loan from the FLCU again because I was trying to get in contact with there member who help me get the loan and no response back from the individual, I called the higher up management and they supposedly sent out emails to the manager of the store, still haven't heard from NEITHER one of them and it's been WEEKS and nothing... I try to contact the manager at the store by emails and she haven't responded to my emails or called me back, what kind of mess is this? You're supposed to answer people and help them when they have questions about there loan. I've try to email the FLCU higher up and nothing.. Manager Alissa won't reply to my emails also and another employee. I will not take another loan from them again!!! NOT!!!
