      I bought my first home with the help of Shahram and his loan coordinator Minh. He is very easy to communicate with and you can text or call him at any time. He even took me out to lunch and explained all the numbers and process to me as it was my first loan and I had many questions. We were able to lock a rate before it increased significantly soon after. I would not hesitate to use Shahram again if I ever buy a house again in the future. He makes sure to have your best interest in mind.

      I've been reached out Brian Masih-Das at FHA for my investment property cash-out loan. He either not responsive nor knowledgeable about the rental property loan. Very disappointed. Edit per their reply: How could you know that I do not qualify for a loan while you didn't even respond or return calls to customers?
