  I have had the pleasure to work with Florida Secured Title and I am extremely happy with the service that was provided. As a real estate agent communication, the ability to problem solve, and giving excellent client service is of the upmost importance and Florida Secured Title delivered on that. Everyone that I have had the pleasure to work with, Lauren, Kelly (the best paralegal in the business), and Tony have been great and I look forward to the next transaction that we can work together on.

  As I work for one of the major mortgage companies with offices throughout the state of Florida, I have had the pleasure of working with some real top notch Title companies all throughout the state of Florida. I have never worked with a incompetent group of individuals with poor communication throughout the entire process. In this transaction I was selling and naturally was not up to me to pick title. There lack of communication during the transaction was inexcusable. It was not until my closing attorney got involved would they respond. Now I am dealing with withheld escrow due to an open permit, which was resolved on July 7th and they have yet to acknowledge or respond to my numerous emails. In addition, I was charged by the HOA for the July monthly fee. The closing was on June 17th and the HOA advised me they never received the closing documents from title, so yet another matter I have to deal with, one month from closing. As a buyer, you have a right to choose closing/settlement agent. Don't settle for what your realtor gives you.. My closing attorney just sent an e-mail and they miraculously as for evidence of the closed permit which I sent them on July 7 and 11..

  Hello Alex! Communication is the cornerstone of our business at FST, and we pride ourselves on our customer service and response times. Please understand that when a seller is represented by an attorney, we are required to communicate directly with your attorney during the transaction. We apologize if this was not relayed to you. In regards to the escrow, it was addressed within 3 business days after receiving the report. We try to release funds by next morning, but there are times it takes longer as we are required to conduct a 3rd party verification. We have no control as to when this verification is completed. However, we were pleased we were able to expedite this, getting the funds into your account on the very same date that you provided the required release. Regarding the HOA, you were previously provided with tracking information showing that they received all documents within 5 business days of Closing, and more than one week before the following month’s payment was due. We are sorry to hear that the Association did not disable your autopay. Although we are sure your attorney is working on this, we are also following up with them to help address their oversight. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly if we can offer any further clarification.

  I have done quite a few transactions with Florida Secured Title and every time I have a positive result. They are available around the clock with any questions that you may have. Kelly, Lauren and Tony are extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful in every transaction. I highly recommend FST and will continue adding their services to my buyers and sellers for many years to come.
