  I love this credit union. I’ve been banking with Florida Central since 2003. The branch manager Michelle is always ready to assist me with anything I need. The assistant manager Gina is always cheerful and quick at handling anything I need. And David is just great with the jokes. It’s like family at this bank. Highly recommend!

  Laurie DeCresie was amazing!!! She worked until late Friday afternoon to completed my auto loan so I could pick up my Tesla over the weekend. Without her, I would have had my delivery delayed and possibly pushed back months. Tesla does things very different than a normal car company and Laurie was able to navigate and jump through all the hoops!!!

  Sharon is awesome! The new bill pay app was not working on my I-Pad. I went into the branch office and Sharon spent time tying to trouble shoot the issue between customers. She gave me info to take home to try. Still having issues, I called customer service. After spending 1 hr on the phone, they told me I need to go to my branch as they could not fix it .Frustrated, I called the branch at 4:30 and Sharon, again went above and beyond. After much research on her part, she got the issue fix. Sharon is always friendly, upbeat and willing to help!!
