I had a bill that I simply forgot, and it was from nearly a year ago. Sandra Burns was my collector, and she was a real sweetheart. I couldn't have argued with her if I had a leg to stand on (I didn't). She explained what the call was about, and provided information on what the credit bureaus are supposed to do once they report the item paid. Excellent! I hope to never hear from FMS again, but it was actually a pleasant experience.

This company is a joke! The majority of their employees are rude, and in March I did a settlement and as of today 7/14/22 they still have not notified their client Renown that it was satified! I call every month and have sent emails, NOTHING has been done!
