      I would recommend avoiding this group and find lending services elsewhere. I attempted to work with Dave Gober. In our initial conversation I made it very clear that I would only discuss my personal business with him. Once I put in my application I was contacted by "someone on his team".... When I expressed that I would only talk with Dave everything went radio silent. No communication from him. After 8 days I reached out and was told "good luck in my search." No attempt to right the wrong for his lack of communication. Now I have a hard credit pull on my record and nothing but this to show for it. Do yourself a favor and avoid FNB Mortgage.
