  My husband and I have banked with FNBC long before we lived in Jonesboro. The Mammoth Springs branch has amazing, kind, helpful employees who always spoke to us with respect and met us with a smile. When we relocated to Jonesboro, we didnt want to close our FNBC account, but we had to open an account at a local bank for convenience. A few months later, a Mammoth Springs branch employee called us and excitedly let us know there would be a Jonesboro branch soon after. We were happy to hear it! We closed the other local account we opened (we werent satisfied with their service from day one) and have been pleased with the Jonesboro FNBC branch as well. We love FNBC! The new building is so nice, and the iTeller service is very convenient.

  RUDE TELLER: My husband and I just moved here from Georgia. We found an old $20 bill that was ripped into 2 pieces in the house we just moved into, so we decided to take it to a bank because we heard that banks will take old money and exchange it for intact bills. The teller he spoke with was extremely rude and refused to exchange the bill. She demanded to know where we found the bill. When he told her we found it in our house she ignored him and asked again where he got the bill and why we can't take it to our own bank. The bank we use is not in Jonesboro and we would have to drive to Memphis, so we decided to check this bank out. Needless to say we will be taking our business elsewhere.
