The CV branch never asked for proof from my home aide to withdraw a sum of money (she had a signed withdrawal form from me that they never looked at). All she did was have to tell them from outside what my account number was and the amount. What is to stop her or anyone else from withdrawing funds I have not authorized? You would think a bank would take better care of thier depositors accounts.
