      This is the friendliest bank I've ever visited. The customer service is EXCELLENT!! Very knowledgeable staff who will go out of their way to help me in any way possible. Our family does all our banking (business, personal, home, etc) at First National Bank. Thank you for the wonderful service you've provided for the many years we've been with you.

      The worst! These people turned me away simply because they DID NOT want to cash a check that was clearly ISSUED from first national bank of Omaha. they kept me there for 10 minutes they could’ve said from the beginning no we can’t cash the check, but they went and did who knows what for 10 minutes and then come back and say oh no we can’t cash this.
