I agree with the previous reviewer, Tim. This is a good bank, but the darn FNBO commercials on the History Channel app scare the heck out of me every time. Hard to watch my programs with that jolt of noise every few minutes. I can only give four stars for this reason. Update: This seems to have been fixed.

Had enjoyed FNBO since I was 18. Fast forward a decade and I’m now soon switching my banks for the first time. For a few reasons that I’ve experienced the last few months. I’m not sure if new policies or procedures were implemented the last 3 months oppose to last 10 years, but not only has the customer service support line is a horrible experience every time lately due to the agent(s) having immense attitude, disrespect and no willingness to help. On top of the way they process transactions must have changed as I randomly keep getting hit with overdraft charges although my account gets decent-sum deposits every day..

Happy Customer been using the bank for along time and am happy with it, but your commercials on the History Channel App are twice as loud as the program or any other commercial. Since your commercials play all the time it’s extremely annoying.
