      They let me fall through the cracks I spent hours and hours numerous trips. Dozens of phone calls trying to fix my issue. They updated their online login and ever since I have had no access to view any of my banking information online. They have tried at the branch and were also unable to log in to my account tried calling some number and they also could not access my account something about a firewall I don't know I do not work for first national it is not my job to fix the issue. Opening a new account wouldn't even work they said but what happened in the end? They just quit trying to help me. I guess they decided I can sit on a automated phone call and listen for 30 minuets to a robot read off all of my history and try to write it down or listen to it over and over. If you have a issue and it's difficult I wouldn't expect it to be solved ever my only option was to use a diffrent institution for banking needs as I was never offered a solution to my banking issues.
