      Every time I have gone to this bank there has been an issue. Upon opening a bank account the banker was extremely rude and unprofessional to the point where I thought about just getting up and walking out with my money. A few weeks ago I went in to get a new card and the teller gave me an inactivated card, upon calling customer service they told me I would have to go in and get a whole new card as he set it up improperly. No big deal mistakes happen and I have worked in customer service for seven years totally get it. However, today I went back in to get my card fixed and the teller was rude and argued with me stating that I myself needed to activate the card which I had already tried to do and was told by your customer support that you guys messed up. It was extremely unprofessional and rude. I will be closing my bank here as soon as possible. I have never left a bad review and always avoid confrontation but I was trying to pull money out for a go fund me that I had set up for my boyfriends grandparents as their daughter and my boyfriends mom had just passed. All I wanted was the money out of my checkings and to get a new card. This was extremely rude and extremely unprofessional I will take my business elsewhere

      Daniel Foster, personal banker, is a liar, doesn't know what he's talking about when it comes to just job, andd should not be working as a personal banker anywhere
