Hi, Dark Phoenix Arts. We've searched our records and do not see any correspondence with your company in our system. We believe this review may be in error for several reasons. We do not charge origination fees for any of our financing products and explain all of our partners' fees upfront when discussing any client's loan. The highest fees through any partner currently come in around 3.99%, half of what you've referenced. For the past two months, we have not been onboarding new clients. For existing clients, the only programs we have been processing are the SBA Paycheck Protection Program and Economic Injury Disaster Loans, both of which are 0% in fees. We hope that you were able to find the program that you were looking for elsewhere.
