Having known Ms. Fogerty for a long time and knowing many people that have used her I'm very upset to find that there is a discrepancy in something that occurred 5 years ago, allowing me to become penalized by the IRS. Her famous last words were "I will take care of it." I had called last month to discuss the matter with her to see if she had any information because I wasn't getting any further with the IRS. I left vague and calm message and now it's been over a month since I have heard back from her. I am being billed for $350 because my taxes were entered late, something Miss Fogerty admitted to and said she would take care of. That small late fee has now resurfaced 5 years later, become an excessive amount of money and there is nothing that can be done. I can't even get her on the phone to talk about it. MISTAKES HAPPEN, BUT A PROFESSIONAL USUALLY WILL AT LEAST HAVE HER SECRETARY CALL BACK AN ACKOWLEDGE THE SITUATION. SHE WAS PAID, THE LEAST SHE COULD DO WOULD BE TO CALL. I LOST EVERYTHING WITH MY BUSINESS AND NOW I HAVE TO COME UP WITH $350 asap. Some of us dont have the luxury of just having that money on hand.
