      My first and last factoring company ever i would never consider factoring after all the lessons I’ve learned with Foley? Zach Peterson is not honest when it comes to any issues you may have with billing or brokers you are own to deal with the problem don’t didn’t reach out behalf of making a phone call to get loads verified I would encounter this problem all the time where there a Number on the rate con and which usually it’s accounting department as a option to speak with and they do not do even take those measure on top for every invoice you send in it takes then 30 days to send out to broker so that’s an additional 30 days that load gets paid to Foley this is design to keep you in debt with so every load I factored I also send a copy of bol to broker and I was glad to get released from them but they are not a good factoring company and if anybody considered factoring I would not choose them they do not take responsibility for anything that they mess up on
