Sat at one of the drive thru windows for 20 minutes waiting on an 'OnDemand' Teller. Needless to say, no one ever waited on me and the whole thing made me late for work. I never got to deposit what I needed to, considering going to a different bank just because of how ridiculous it is to not simply have a HUMAN person at the bank window. Because I'm sure if I had went to any other bank on a Saturday morning, there would have been an actual person in the window to wait on me. And the lobby is never open. So I'm not sure what the tellers are being paid to do

Like it but i think they should be open on Sundays bcuz now i gotta wait a day to get stuff and get money. I don't have my card so yea. Could it happen today or not??? Bcuz i really need to get my money to pay bills and everything????
