With the high price of gas nowadays we went to the dealership last week to ask about hybrid options. Although I have a short commute to work, we were looking for an alternative to my 2020 Ford Ranger XLT which was taking a bunch of money to fill up. They didn’t have any hybrids in the showroom, but the sales agent showed us a 2022 Escape and a 2022 Edge. We had a 2014 Escape for 3 years so we considered it. But when we saw the Edge ST Line, we were sold! It was used as a service car by the dealership with about a thousand miles on it. It has a lot of great features, and with the 4th of July Special financing, we got zero percent interest and a $3,000 rebate. They also gave me a great trade in value for my truck. Our sales agent Sharon did a wonderful job and worked with our situation and requirements. After just over 2 hours, we said goodbye to my truck (I miss him already!) and we drove off the lot with our new 2022 Ford Edge. Hopefully, the 2.0L 4-cylinder engine will give me more miles for the (gas) money! 😊😉😃
