The drive through is supposed to be open until 5:30, i thought this would be nice considering i work until 5. However they are ALWAYS closed early. Ive been able to deposit a check at 5:15 one time in the past 2 years. Their mobile deposit feature was nice until the new app update, now it takes 24-48 hours for the check to be present in my account and transfering money to anyone elses account is impossible. I have had good experiences with their loan department in the past, but not having access to my money when i need it is dissapointing.

The most incompetent bank I have ever dealt with. Their tellers and auto loan department have poor communication skills and do not know how to do their jobs properly. I financed my vehicle with FILO and had I know that FCCU would be the one to buy out my loan I would have never agreed to it. I would NEVER recommend this bank to anyone and will refinance to get my loan out of FCCU as soon as possible.
