  Worst bank to bank with. To all new comers that is coming to Fort Hood, do not let them convince to sign up with them.

  I wish I could give them negative five stars. I have never had such rude service from a bank my entire life, let alone a business on a military reservation. I press the call teller button after the deposit slip was filled out and the money was placed inside with my identification, wait ten minutes, no answer, pressed it again, waited five minutes before a woman popped on the screen and said " may I help you?" In the most disrespectful voice. I say "I would like to make a deposit please?" And she asked "do you have a deposit slip?" Also in a condescending tone. I said "yes, everything is filled out and in the container" and she just rolled her eyes at me and said "you could have just sent it up". Finally she did her job and deposited my cash. Every single time, I get this exact woman as the teller (short black hair, dark skin, glasses, and gold earrings) she is ALWAYS rude and treats me like an idiot if I don't fill out a deposit slip, which no bank I've ever been to hasn't been able to just take my money and just do the transaction instead of having to waste mine and their time with a stupid deposit slip every single time. If it wasn't for the convenience of this bank and how close it is to my home, I wouldn't use it. Also I'm entirely sure the one five star review is fake (with no description) because numerous times I have read the reviews to see if others had the same problem (which they did).
