  Very awful customer service the old man behind the glass simply doesn’t know what he’s doing / talking about i went to a different pawn shop and was help with zero issues won’t ever step foot into this store again!

  I think you are the person who brought in the lab grown Diamond. We use the most Sophisticated equipment that determines whether a Diamond is natural/mined or grown in a lab. We do this because the value is vastly different and that’s why you don’t get the mall stores giving 100% of the purchase price on trade up. They generally won’t even take them back. Other stores may not invest in their business like we do and perhaps they don’t care to know or inform their customers on exactly what they are paying for. I guess being the oldest and largest Pawnshop in the area has afforded us the opportunity to set the bar for merchandise higher than some of the start ups. The added bonus of being selective on what we pawn is it does tend to weed out more than the less desirable merchandise. What most people who read reviews will notice is, that the customers we do business with leave 5 star reviews.

  He was very rude over talking me I need some cash for this tv then he tells me it must have legs I can’t take it it’s how he said it I will never go there again

  The store policy is that we don’t take TV’s without the legs. We also don’t take older TV’s with a thick border around the screen. This is so we can safely store them plus have product in pawn with market value. You were both argumentative and wouldn’t take no for an answer. You even called after leaving trying to be clever by probing and asking if we would take a tv without the legs. We were very professional with how we explained our policy but you are looking to Google reviews to lash out. I think most people will see your review and our response, only to determine your looking to blame others for your predicament. So in summary, you left a bad review because we wouldn’t take an item that was missing parts.
