      FSNB has an ideal drive thru window service that can accommodate all your banking needs unless you are wanting particular service it might be best to visit the lobby.

      This review is for the bank in general and not necessarily this branch. The bank does not seem to be interested in opening new accounts. I applied online and submitted a selfie with my ID, ssn, and piece of mail, in addition to filling out all the paperwork; only to be denied. I recieved a generic rejection letter with an 800 number. When I called was simply told my application was missing info and to apply again. Other banks would send an email from a banker or call directly, and try to complete the app, but not FS. They could not even tell me what was missing, only that I needed to apply again because app had been denied and nothing could be done. They had an attitude that they could careless and did not want to be bothered. Taking business elsewhere. Do not recommend.

      Bad customer service. They don't even offer to count money back to you... Always feel rushed by the main teller there, the manager I'm assuming. She's the worst at her job there very very unwelcoming. Everyone else is great and smiling faces then her.
