      To say that management has been working hard to reform the customer service experience at this location is an understatement. Why is it so hard for young people to be nice. Anyway .. Melanie is a Godsend to this location. Just her customer service keeps me from going back to God awful Wells Fargo or driving to Covington. Thank you all for trying to get it right. Everyone who banks at FSNB appreciate the efforts.

      I absolutely HATE this bank. Not just this location but the bank in its entirety !!! Customer service is absolutely horrible. I got this as a back up bank and I use them if Navy Federal is closed. Their system is far behind. You can't get in touch with anyone after hours to do simple things such as help you get back into your online banking. You can't use basic account features such as Zelle. I'm sorry FSNB but y'all suck!!!!!

      I went in to pay on an outstanding acct and the staff was rude and the teller has no customer service skill she fail to tell me I couldn't pay with card so I went and withdraw the money out the ATM she then ask do I want to pay the same amount I stated I wanted to pay the amount previous discuss she get someone else to bring the withdraw slip out to get me to sign . then she didn't give me a receipt when she gave me my change she didn't get on the intercom to say thank you have a nice day nothing she didn't greet me at all I ordinally like this bank because of the service it provides but the people they have service the customer is horrible when I started the acct the lady who process my order was way nicer. after my acct is at 0.00 they want me to keep the acct most definite y not at this location.
