  Mediocre experience. There is nothing to jump on an opportunity to be a part of, honestly. I walked in, hoping to meet someone with energy and a positive attitude, excited to share what they offered with me. I was very underwhelmed by my experience. I had to find my way around(as mentioned in a previous review) and when I finally did sign in, an old lady in the hallway to the right of the entrance, yelled my name and said she would be right with me. When the old broad finally came around the wall, her desk was there to the left. I told her I was interested in learning what they have to offer as I am thriving in real estate now and wanted to do the most proactive opportunity with my funds and future funds. She handed me one sheet of paper with their rates and sent me on my way....... What was that FWCCU? I am a neighbor and was very excited to learn more, but now I just feel like I was pushed out. I will share this experience with new and old clients if they are to ask my opinion. Thank you for not quite meeting the minimal standard of expectations. The building has great curb appeal, but like most extravagant exteriors, they are missing the guest connection. I still do not know what they offer.

  Did all of the locations get rid of their ATMs??
